Parent Attendance is required in the last 10-15 minutes

Kindermusik for the Young Child is designed to provide readiness for the young child who is eager for first experiences with musical symbols and instrumental discovery.

 

Few children are ready for formal lessons and traditional music reading at this point in their development. Children at this age are generally exuberant, enthusiastic and eager to explore. The need for a balance between times of vigorous activity and quiet time is addressed in each lesson.

 

The Young child curriculum has carefully balanced the integration of listening, vocal development, movement and performing in instrumental ensemble.
