In See What I Saw preschoolers and their families are invited
to explore the exciting world of outside play. Your child’s imagination will soar as he/she explores Grasshopper Park.
You and your child will:
· Pretend –. to find nature treasures and pretend you are a leaf or a feather and get blown around in the
windy weather and re-enact a trip to Grasshopper Park.
· Make music with Kindermusik
Slide Whistle – by exploring the music concept glissando.
· Play Games – Play a turn-taking game from West Africa, play the Going
on a Picnic game and a Musical ball game
· Explore – “Tricky Trails” and climb up into a tree house
to “see what you can see”
· Make homemade shakers
· Read
two books,
“The Ant Picnic Feast”:
the adventures of an
ant family going on a picnic together and
“Can You Find Me?”:
a riddle book that encourages
thinking skills needed for problem solving
See What I Saw
